2/12/2008 Announcement
Effective 2/12/2008 the $500 Broker Bonus does NOT require the sale be FHA Financing. The only requirement is that the sale be owner-occupant purchases. This is effective immediately for bids or contracts accepted after 2/12/2008.
10/4/2007 Buy HUD with FHA(Florida) (Update)

HUD is currently offering a $100 Down payment initiative.  The $100 down payment is for owner occupants purchasing a HUD Home with FHA financing.  This incentive is also available to owner occupant purchasers who obtain a FHA Home Repair loan.  It’s a great time to Purchase a HUD Home with FHA financing.

11/23/2006 Good Neighbor Next Door Sales Program (GNND) Update

The OND/TND program name will change to the GOOD NEIGHBOR NEXT DOOR Sales Program (GNND), effective December 1, 2006. The disposition of properties to the participants of GNND program will be governed by HUD’s Final Rule Fed. Reg. 6442-64428 (November 1, 2006) (amending 24 CFR Part 291, Subpart F). Highlight of changes are but not limited to:

9/15/2006 HUD Housing Notice Letter 2006-12

The above Housing Notice shall be effective for all sales contracts executed on or after the thirtieth day following the issuance date reflected. HUD will not allow closing costs to exceed 3% of the purchase price. Please be aware that your bid will ont be accepted if the closing costs exceed the 3% maximum as stated in the housing notice 2006-12.

10/26//04 ALL APPROVED NON-PROFITS BIDDING ON HUD PROPERTIES:
A copy of your Approval Letter which you received from the HUD Homeownership office (Philadelphia or Atlanta) MUST be sent with each contract you submit for a wining bid. If the Approval Letter was not submitted with your contract at the time we receive and review your contract your bid will be cancelled .
